Requirements for the design of the text of articles:

Submitted articles must be original, not published earlier in other printed (electronic) editions. Articles must meet the requirements of relevance, scientific novelty and validity, as well as the rules of registration of the journal described below.

The volume and structure of the article:

The volume of articles is from 45,000 to 65,000 characters (1 to 1.5 conventional printed sheets – approximately 25 to 30 typewritten pages, not including abstracts and references and bibliography). The volume of reviews, overviews of foreign legislation – up to 0.5 typed pages.

When typing the text it is necessary to use the font “Times New Roman”. Font size for the main text of articles – 14, footnotes – 11; numbering of footnotes is continuous, page numbering. The text is typed in 1.5 intervals.

The structure of the article should include the following mandatory elements:

1. Introduction, which reveals the subject of the research, hypothesis, research methodology. Introduction is not numbered.

2. the main part. May have sections and subsections. They should have names. Sections are numbered with Arabic numerals 1,2,3…. Within sections the division is 1.1…1.2…1.3.

3. Conclusion, which presents the results of the study. The conclusion is also not numbered.

Title of the article

The title should be in Russian and English. The title should be brief and informative.

Information about authors

Information about the authors is given in Russian and in English:

• Surnames, first names, patronymics of all authors in full;

• Full name of the organization, where each author worked, in the nominative case, and the full postal address;

• Academic degree of each author (or other degree – specialist, bachelor, master);

• E-mail address for each author.

Abstract

The abstract should be submitted in Russian and English in 250-300 words. The abstract should be logical (follow the logic of the description of the results in the article), reflect the main content (subject, purpose, methodology, conclusions of the research).

The information contained in the title of the article should not be repeated in the text of the abstract. Superfluous introductory phrases should be avoided (e.g., “the author of the article considers…”). Historical references, if they do not constitute the main content of the paper, descriptions of previously published works and common knowledge, are not given in the abstract.

Keywords

Key words are provided in Russian and in English. The required number of keywords (word combinations) is 5-10. Key words or phrases are separated by a semicolon.

References and Footnotes

A distinction should be made between footnotes and references.
Footnotes may contain illustrative material, references to sources of laws and jurisprudence. Footnotes are designed at the bottom of the page and have continuous numbering.

References to scientific articles and monographs are given in the text in square brackets, in which the surname and initials of the author, year of publication, through a colon – page number). Sample design : [Smirnov D.I., 2022: 78 ].

The list of references is given at the end of the article, Russian-language sources are indicated first, then sources in foreign languages.
